HOLY TRINITY Online Premiere

HOLY TRINITY Online Premiere

June 27th at 7:00pm EST | Livestream and Filmmaker Q&A | Purchase Tickets*

BUFF 2020 official selection, HOLY TRINITY, will be premiering online this weekend!
While we are sad that we couldn’t bring this film to the Brattle this past spring, we’re thrilled to be participating in its virtual screening.

Celebrate Global Pride Day 🏳️‍🌈 with an exclusive, live stream screening of HOLY TRINITY presented by Boston Underground Film Festival, Wicked Queer: The Boston LGBT Film Festival, and Full Spectrum Features. Be sure to stick around afterwards for a live Q&A on queer, underground filmmaking with HOLY TRINITY’s Molly Hewitt (director/writer/star), Katie Shannon (Director Of Programming at Wicked Queer), and Kevin Monahan (Artistic Director at BUFF).

What’s this film about?
It’s a 100% gloriously weird BUFF kind of film. Peep the candy-colored trailer. Perhaps you read our write-up when we originally announced the film in our line-up, but if not, here’s the TL;DR synopsis:

Trinity is an independent, sex-positive millennial working as a Dominatrix in Chicago. After an incident huffing her drug of choice—a mysterious aerosol can from the ubiquitous Glamhag brand—she finds herself with a newfound gift for speaking to the dead.

Holy Trinity is a sometimes raunchy, always entertaining celebration of all that makes us different. In their feature film debut, writer, director and star Molly Hewitt presents a vibrant and vivid portrait of friendship, spirituality and community, with more than a little glam sprinkled in along the way.
